Policy on Cancellations, Missed Appointments, and Refunds

Payment Processing and Refunds
LisaTarot uses secure third-party processors to accept payment. Appointments may be booked by using the scheduler or by contacting LisaTarot directly.
LisaTarot maintains a strict 24 hour change / cancellation policy. Clients will not be charged for confirmed changes or cancellations more than 24 hours in advance. After a reading has been completed, no refunds can be given.
Due to recent policy changes by third-party providers, if a refund is issued by LisaTarot, the refunds will be processed in the amount of the initial charge less any fees levied by the payment processor. These fees are strictly limited to those imposed by the payment processor. If you have any questions, please contact LisaTarot prior to purchase.
Clients who miss appointments and/or are greater than 10 minutes late may forfeit appointments at LisaTarot’s discretion and may not be refunded the scheduled session rate.
All appointments are scheduled in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Clients are solely responsible for selecting the correct time zone when scheduling an appointment and are available at the scheduled time. Missing a scheduled appointment forfeits the appointment, and clients will not be refunded the scheduled session rate.
Clients are expected to contact LisaTarot at their own cost through the agreed upon method (e.g. in-person, telephone, email) It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the contact information given at the time of booking is correct.
LisaTarot reserves the right to refuse a reading request.
If you are not entirely sure what you want to ask or you’re not sure what type of reading you think you’ll need, pop that into the message box and LisaTarot will get back to you by email within 48 hrs to discuss it with you in more detail.
Availability of Services
All readings (in person or virtual) are subject to availability. If LisaTarot is unable to complete a requested reading on the agreed upon date, within optional rush service time frames, or within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of payment if no date specified when ordering, clients will be contacted by email for rescheduling delivery of your reading. No refunds will be issued.
LisaTarot will conduct all her readings with the best interests of her clients at heart. She reads honestly without causing or the intent to cause harm. Helping you to achieve a favorable outcome is my top priority. LisaTarot will treat all clients with respect, regardless of their race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.
All readings are confidential.
LisaTarot will refer clients to a professional for advice that is legal, financial, medical, or psychological in nature. LisaTarot is not qualified in these fields, but there are plenty of others who would love to help you!
LisaTarot cannot be held responsible for any action taken by a client as a result of my readings. Please use your best judgment if an advised action will benefit you before moving forward.
There is no guarantee the accuracy of future forecasting and predictions. While they are accurate in the moment of the reading, free will can alter the course of future events. LisaTarot will not read the cards for a third party. A question of that nature will be reworded as necessary.
By purchasing a reading from LisaTarot, you certify that you are 18 years or older in age, or have permission from a parent or guardian to receive a reading.
LisaTarot may refuse a question for whatever reason, and if she has done so she will issue a refund. If needed she will refer you elsewhere.
